Slacks
Recently our team has been slacking much and participating in very little trainings. But we're are sure to pull ourselves up before the next tournament in January 2011. This slacks had caused us severe damage in our performances. However, we're fixing it : )

MadNet Tournament Updates/Reviews
I'm quite happy as we are able to survive until last 5 teams standing where we are unlucky to face Gizmo Gamers Mix which we aren't ready yet. A week of preparing and trainings gave us much more readiness to counter whatever most teams throw on us, except for the top few teams :P .
Luckily it's a double elimination format as we are to face the champs themselves, MaDNet Out|aw`z in the 2nd match where we would have to bring up the fight without our captain. Absence from drafting experience since early 2009, thats a year before, I led the team to embarrassment ;). However, our captain returned with us in the loser bracket and managed to pull our team up.

Sponsors Needed

The tittle explains it all. Xclusive Gaming is currently seeking for any source/form of sponsor(s) to support our team growth. I believe that, with additional help from sponsors, we can improve ourselves efficiently.
What can we offer our Sponsor(s)?
To be the best/champion team we can never promise. In competitive gaming, the scenes are often changing. There is no team that will stay as champion for long. But, we are a very active team in Sarawak and recently participate in lots of tournaments/competitions including online. To promise a good performance for the reputation of our sponsor(s) is something that we would have to try.
Being an active team benefits sponsor(s) from advertisements. Carrying sponsor(s) trademark everywhere we go.
What do we expect from our Sponsor(s)?
Well, this is simple. All we need are sponsored shirts/jerseys with sponsor(s)' trademark, which pretty much benefits the sponsor(s) as well.
If the source is from a Cyber Cafe, all we demand is lower rate in price or limited free playtime. We would also set up trainings/matches dragging in teams all around Kuching, Sarawak to the particular "home" Cyber Cafe. This in turn also benefits the sponsor(s).
We are also allowed to represent our sponsor(s) officially and publicly with proper rules and regulations. Any discussions should be made within the sponsor(s) and our manager before any actions are taken towards our team.
*Final Note.
We are just public figures to represent and advertise the sponsor(s) in return of some benefits we require for our team. We are not applying for jobs or seeking for business interests.

About
First of all, I would like to introduce myself. I'm Desmond 'SmiLey' Chin from Xclusive Gaming. I'm the team's manager and also one of its player. I started my gaming career since beginning of 2009 under GR eSports Club before its reformation into Xclusive Gaming. The positions I held in the team are Drafter, Spokesperson, Supporter Ganker.
Yes, I take gaming seriously. But I do not devote my whole life for it. As you all know, what can gaming possibly offer when it comes to stable money income? Personally I'm still a student but there is not much difference between working and studying. Gaming is not my whole life, but a major part of my life, my passion and interest.
I managed to organise my time for life, studies, even part-time job and gaming. I prioritize in my studies and future job. I do want to be a full time professional gamer when I grow older but still, I need a primary foundation to support it. So, this blog is basically about my Gaming Stories, and a lot more about my team.
My personal views towards gaming events, teams and even gears would be posted here from time to time.
Professional and Competitive gamers do need to study and work too, we do not spend our whole life gaming for money.
